《情人不要忘記我》來自同名粵語片。當時社會對智識產權並無概念，電影字幕顯示，朱克作詞、小田作曲，事實上歌曲的調子來自歐西流行曲 " till "，故應為小田改編。為配合當年國語電影和歌曲的盛行，粵語片亦跟隨潮流，以國語歌曲作招徠。歌曲優美悅耳，可惜的是未知歌者是誰。畫面上歌詞字幕由小妹加上。
