Fait is the solo project of Perth based multi-instrumentalist Elise Higgins. She is currently recording material for her first EP with producer/engineer Darren Lawson (White Lies, My Bloody Valentine, Editors).
Her sound comprises of layers of reverb drenched guitars, strings, piano and atmospherics.
The Cure, PJ Harvey and My Bloody Valentine are some of her biggest influences.
Previously she has worked with Dean Garcia (of Curve, SPC Eco, Eurythmics) and has recently co-written a Cinematic Post Rock album for UK Publishing house Imagem Production Music.
